DELIVERY

You will receive either a note in the post or a SMS message notifying you that your goods from Fashion Mixology are available for pick-up at your local Post Office. You must pick these goods up within 14 days otherwise the products will be returned to Fashion Mixology and the credit card used to place the order will be refunded the original amount minus the cost of delivery.

For some countries the local postal service will deliver the order directly to your door. If you are not in you will receive a note in the post to pick your goods up as explained above.

OSLO PREMIUM - NEXT DAY

Next day delivery is available for orders that are placed before 13:00 during office hours and for those customers that are located within the Oslo Next Day Delivery area. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day. Please note that orders received after 13:00 on a Friday will be processed the following Monday and then delivered on the Tuesday.

• All orders are delivered via our partner Posten Norge and will require a signature on receipt
• Deliveries will be made between 17:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday
• If you leave your mobile number with Fashion Mixology you will be notified by SMS on the day of delivery

TAXES

Prices on Fashion Mixology include Norwegian MVA (VAT) of 25%. MVA will be applied to orders dispatched within Norway only. Please note that for recipients outside of Norway we operate a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) policy. This means that for deliveries outside of Norway, each recipient is liable for the import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country that has been selected for shipment.

For delivery to Sweden, Denmark or any other international country, product prices displayed at checkout will therefore deduct Norwegian MVA.

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing: returns@fashionmixology.com

2. Subject title – type your order number

3. Body of the email – type “RMA request”, your name, address, and provide a brief summary of why the goods are being returned

4. Fashion Mixology will reply to you with the RMA code that should then be used by you to return the products

5. Please place the RMA reference code clearly on the product for return

6. Ensure your goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and send to the following address:

7. Please note: when returning an item you have full responsibility for the goods until they reach us safely. We therefore recommend that you use Posten or other recorded mail transporter.

8. It is also you, as the customers responsibility to pay for the return (unless you are based in Norway).

9. For customers in Norway, return of unsuitable items is free. Please use the prepaid return label that has been included in your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Fashion Mixology will not accept returns outside of the above timeframe and will not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged or where the Fashion Mixology TAG has been removed.

Fashion Mixology check all items carefully before sending them to customers and will not accept goods returned that are not in the same condition as of at the time of dispatch (ie. new, unused and with all Fashion Mixology and designer tags still attached).

We regret that for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings.

We will, on receipt of the returned items, refund to the payment card the price paid for the goods returned to us. The original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Fashion Mixology will refund the original credit card for the purchase within 14 days of Fashion Mixology receiving the goods back and provided the goods are in the appropriate condition and the Fashion Mixology TAG is still attached.

If goods returned do not meet the requirements set out above, you may be sent the products back and no refund will be authorized.

All correctly returned products will be credited to the original credit card for the value of the original purchase excluding shipping costs.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please email: info@fashionmixology.com as soon as you receive your goods if the appear faulty. Please place in the subject title “Faulty Goods plus your Order Number”. In the body of the email please provide detail of the fault.
